How to Install TREX TV on Firestick
A Firestick has no app store entry for TREX TV, so you install it with the free Downloader app and a short numeric code. The whole job takes about four minutes and survives a reboot.

Before you start. Your TREX TV line details — server URL, username and password — are sent to you on WhatsApp or Telegram the moment your free 24-hour trial or paid plan is activated. Keep that message: every app on this page needs the same three values. If you have lost it, message support on WhatsApp and we will resend it.
What you need
- Any Fire TV Stick, including Lite, 4K and 4K Max
- The free Downloader app from the Amazon Appstore
- Your TREX TV server URL, username and password
- A wired-speed Wi-Fi connection — see how much speed HD and 4K really need
Install TREX TV on a Firestick step by step
- Install Downloader
From the Fire TV home screen open Find → Search, type Downloader, and install the orange Downloader app by AFTVnews. It is free and published in the Amazon Appstore.
- Allow installs from Downloader
Fire OS asks for permission the first time an app installs another app. Go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer options → Install unknown apps and switch Downloader to On. On Fire OS 7 and later, Developer options only appears after you open Settings → My Fire TV → About and click Fire TV Stick seven times.
- Enter the Downloader code
Open Downloader, put the cursor in the URL box, type
2892546and press Go. That code downloads the TREX PRO installer. Codes are also listed on the download page together with each build's version and checksum. - Install the APK
When the download finishes Fire OS shows the installer screen. Choose Install, then Done, then Delete twice to remove the APK file and free up storage. Deleting the installer does not remove the app.
- Sign in with your line
Open the app and choose Xtream Codes (sometimes labelled Login with Xtream Codes API). Enter the server URL, username and password from your activation message exactly as written — they are case-sensitive. Give it 10–30 seconds to pull the channel list and guide.
- Move it to the front row
Hold the Home button, open Apps, highlight TREX TV, press the Menu button (three lines) and choose Move to Front so it sits on your home row.
If the Firestick blocks the install
Fire OS refuses sideloads for exactly three reasons, and the fix is different for each.

Buffering on a Firestick is usually the stick, not the line. The Fire TV Stick Lite and 2nd-gen stick share one 802.11n radio with everything else in the house. Before you blame the stream, work through the Firestick buffering fix, which starts with the two settings that account for most reports.
Questions about this device
Does this work on a Fire TV Stick 4K Max?
Yes. Every current Fire TV Stick runs Fire OS and takes the same Downloader route. The 4K Max has the faster Wi-Fi 6 radio, which is the single biggest hardware difference for stream stability.
Will the app disappear after a Fire OS update?
No. Sideloaded apps survive system updates. They are only removed if you factory-reset the stick or uninstall them yourself.
Can I use a different player instead?

How many Firesticks can use one subscription?
