TREX TV Terms of Service

The rules that apply when you use t-rextv.io and the services TREX TV supplies through it.

These terms govern your use of t-rextv.io and of the services TREX TV supplies through it. By using this site or buying from it you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

1. What you are buying

When you purchase a subscription plan or a free trial, you are buying access for the period stated at checkout. You are not buying hardware, a licence to any third party’s content, or any guarantee that a specific channel, programme or event will be available on any given day.

2. Content and rights

TREX TV supplies the service and the software described above. TREX TV does not claim to hold, and does not represent that it holds, distribution rights, endorsement or affiliation in respect of any broadcaster, sports competition, studio or rights holder. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is lawful where you are, including any television licensing or broadcasting obligations that apply to you.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

• share, resell or publish your access credentials, except where your agreement expressly permits resale;
• exceed the number of simultaneous connections your plan provides;
• attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer or interfere with the service or its security;
• use the service for anything unlawful in your jurisdiction.

Credentials that appear to be shared publicly or used from many locations at once may be reset or suspended without notice, because that pattern degrades the service for the account holder who paid for it.

4. Availability

The service is delivered over the public internet. Interruptions can be caused by your connection, your equipment, your network operator, an upstream source, or our own infrastructure. No uptime percentage or service level is promised by this website. What we do publish is a status page showing live checks on the services we run, and we will tell you honestly which side of the connection a fault is on.

5. Payment, renewal and cancellation

Prices are shown and charged in the currency stated at checkout. Access runs for the period you bought and does not renew automatically; if you want to continue, you renew. Refunds are governed by the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything done with them. Tell us promptly if you believe they have been exposed — see contact.

7. Changes

These terms may change. The version published here is the one that applies. Material changes will be reflected in the revision date below rather than applied silently.

8. Liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, TREX TV’s liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the period in which the problem occurred.
