TREX TV Privacy Policy
What TREX TV collects when you use t-rextv.io, why we are allowed to hold it, and how to ask us to change or delete it.
This policy explains what TREX TV collects when you use t-rextv.io, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers this website and the services described on it. TREX OTT at trex-ott.io is a separate property with its own policy.
What we collect
- Order and account details — the name, email address and any billing details you give at checkout, so that we can supply and support what you bought.
- Subscription records — which plan you bought, when it started and when it expires.
- Support correspondence — messages you send us on WhatsApp, Telegram or email, kept so a later enquiry has context.
- Server logs — IP address, user agent and request time, recorded by the web server for security and diagnostics.
- Analytics and cookies — described below.
What we do not do. We do not sell personal data. We do not build advertising profiles from your viewing. We do not ask for card numbers over WhatsApp, Telegram or email, and any message that does is not from us.
Cookies
The site sets cookies in three situations:

Widget identifier (trex_client_id) | You first use an on-site request or status widget | Identifies your submissions to you on return visits. As of 22 August 2026 this is set only when you actually use one of those widgets — it used to be set on every page view. |
Analytics and consent behaviour depend on the tools active on the site at the time and on the consent choice you make in the banner where one is shown.
Why we are allowed to hold it
Order and account data: because it is necessary to perform the contract you entered into. Server logs and security records: because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the service available and secure. Anything optional: because you consented, and you can withdraw that consent.
Sharing
We share personal data only with the parties needed to run the service — the payment provider that processes your transaction, our hosting provider, and any analytics tool you consented to — and where we are legally required to.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and tax obligations. Support correspondence is kept while it remains useful for supporting you. Server logs are kept for a short operational period.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Ask through contact or at admin@eur-trexiptv.com, from the address or number you ordered with so we can identify you.
Children
This service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe we hold data about a child, tell us and we will remove it.
Changes
The version published here is the one that applies.
