What the trial is
Twenty-four hours on a real line with the full catalogue — the same access a paid subscription gets. The only difference is that it stops after a day. No card, no billing details, nothing to cancel.
How to get it
- Message us
Send a message on WhatsApp or Telegram saying you want the 24-hour trial, and tell us which device you will be testing on.
- We send your line
You get a server URL, a username and a password. Copy them — do not retype them.
- Set it up on the device that matters
Not your phone. If you are buying this for the living-room TV, install it on the living-room TV. Guides for every device are in the setup section.
- Watch at the time you normally watch
An evening test tells you far more than a lunchtime one, because that is when your connection is under load.
What to actually test
Twenty-four hours goes quickly. These four checks answer the questions people usually only discover after paying.
The channels you care about
Not the channel count. Find the specific ones you would miss, and check they play cleanly.
Your worst device
If one TV is on Wi-Fi at the far end of the house, test that one. Your best device was never going to be the problem.
Peak time
Test between roughly 7pm and 10pm. That is when your ISP and your Wi-Fi are busiest.
The guide and on-demand
Check that the EPG populates and the film and series sections load, not just that live TV plays.
Setting the trial up on a phone over mobile data proves almost nothing about how it will behave on a Firestick over Wi-Fi at 8pm. Test the real situation.
Then what?
If it worked, pick a plan on the pricing page — one to four simultaneous connections, from one month to a year. If it did not, tell us what went wrong; quite often it is a fixable device setting rather than the service, and we would rather sort that out than take money for something that will not work for you.
Do I need to give card details?
No. Nothing is collected and there is nothing to cancel.
Is the trial limited to fewer channels?
No. Trial lines carry the same catalogue as paid ones. The only limit is the 24 hours.
How many connections does the trial have?
One, so test on one device at a time. Connection counts are a paid-plan feature — see pricing.
Can I have a second trial?
Ask. If the first one failed because of a setup problem we helped you fix, that is a reasonable request and we will usually say yes.
How quickly does it arrive?
Trials are issued by a person, not a robot, so it depends when you message. Telegram and WhatsApp are both watched.
